1. Is there any quality assurance for the items ordered?
Each garment is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process comprising 5 layers of checking.
The process is implemented at each stage of production & each garment is made with an equal amount of love and passion.
2. What if I have a complaint regarding my order?
You can get in touch with our customer support team through the “Contact” section on the website.
Simply send an email to Hello@sitarey.in for any complaint.
Our customer care team is always at your service (Monday - Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (IST).
3. Do you take alteration requests?
No, Sitarey does not do any alterations or customisations.
4. If there's a sizing issue can I exchange my order?
Yes. Item is eligible for an exchange request only once & you can email at Hello@sitarey.in within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request. For more information, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy
5. What's the shipping fee?
Shipping is FREE within India.
