Refund policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as hassle-free and happy as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before you make a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• We currently do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
• However, we do offer exchanges and store credit in case you're dissatisfied with the purchase. Please note - we only offer 1 exchange per order.
• The exchange request needs to be raised on Hello@sitarey.in within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.        
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

NOTE: We offer free shipping within India but the cost of reverse pickup would be borne by the customer in case of an exchange. Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
